The Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand specialises in mental health promotion with a focus on the provision of information and resources on topics such as depression, youth mental health promotion, suicide prevention, social inclusion and the reduction of stigma and discrimination and workplace mental health. They provide free information and resources, advocate for policies and services that support people with experience of mental illness, and also advocate for their families/whānau and friends.
